Parisian menswear house Berluti celebrates its inauguration in Qatar

After opening its doors in July this year, Parisian menswear fashion house Berluti celebrated the inauguration of its first store in Qatar on October 20. Located at the Place Vendome shopping center and hosted in Qatar by Ali Bin Ali Fashion, the new boutique offers a 360-degree Berluti lifestyle experience.
Attending the event were Berluti customers, members of the local media and influencers. Guests were guided through a privileged journey highlighting Berluti’s heritage and know-how.

The House’s latest collection was also presented during the event.
The star attraction at the reception was the live origami sculpting demonstration by Serbian artist and designer Uros Mihic. He built a 3D sculpture of Berluti’s famous “Alessandro” shoes using specially designed architectural wood pieces. It represented Berluti’s style, elegance and unparalleled craftsmanship.
Berluti was established in Paris in 1895 and was built by four generations of shoemakers. In 2005, beautiful leather goods were born and, in 2011, a complete collection of clothing. A unique tailor-made service from head to toe is now available in the Berluti workshops on rue Marbeuf and rue de Sèvres.
Berluti now has more than 60 stores worldwide.
