The Creative Women’s Workshops will take place this year on September 17 at the historic Crook Farm. The workshops give women the chance to try out a variety of crafts and skills in a fun atmosphere with other women.
The event was founded eight years ago by Sally Costik, curator of the Bradford Landmark Society after hearing about the WOW (Women Outdoor Workshop) held each summer at Chapman State Park. She realized that the historic Crook Farm on Seaward Avenue, owned by the Bradford Landmark Society, would be the perfect site for a similar venture. It’s been a hit ever since.
